I am absolutely not a runner – at all! But I like to remind myself to take my time, and even to record how long it takes me to do the same route (at least when I’m walking!) to see the progress as I stay consistent! These are some good tips – definitely take a water bottle with you too!

I’ve gone wireless with headphones but not with ear buds, I am so afraid that the wireless ear buds would fall out of my ear, I have one that is smaller than the other so it is hard to get a good fit.
