Let's face it, I am not a morning person. Pretty much everyone I know will tell you that but there are certain things that I do every single day to motivate myself to do better each morning. It took me years to figure these things out and although I really kind of knew which morning habits really didn't work for me, it took me quite a while to focus on what makes my mornings better. I needed to prioritize the things that really helped to motivate me each morning. These ways are really good, a great suggestion I must say. My day starts with music, black coffee and blog checking.
My day starts with two cups of coffee. Then I go about the house starting my chores as early as 4am. By 6am, I take the dog out for a walk so he can “do his thing.” You might be wondering why I get up so early? Because it is only during these hours that I have peace and quiet. My me time hours where I can just sit, sip my coffee without being rushed.
These oyr great advise and I will definitely try to add these things on my morning routine, I will also check that product in the market for me to try.

I take a brisk walk because I have to walk my kids to school and we are always running late lol. I also start my day with a light box, the kind that replaces the sun’s rays when it’s not sunny. I didn’t know that about citrus though, I’ll have to consider a citrus shampoo or body wash to add an extra pick me up to my morning. Thanks.
