3 Tips for Helping That Picky Eater

It is no secret that I have a picky eater. I mean my youngest may just be the pickiest eater around. It is tough with her. All the time.

Since we are always constantly challenged, my husband and I have come up with a few ways that really work for us so I thought that I would share with you:

3 Tips for Helping Picky Eaters

1. Dip It

My child loves to dip things. One of her favorite things is carrots and ranch. I noticed that she hardly puts any ranch on there so I started giving her other vegetables the same way, with a little ranch. I can get her to eat pretty much anything as long as we serve it to her with something to dip it in.

2. Blend It

I love making smoothies. It was one of my favorite things when I was pregnant and now I love making them for my kids as well. It is a great way to make certain that are eating all of their fruit and a perfect way to sneak in some veggies as well. I always manage to get some greens in there and they never even know.

3. Get them Involved

One of the other ways we have gotten my daughter to eat is by letting her cook it. She will anything that she cooks so we try to get her involved as often as possible.

For the next few months, I will be working with BOOST Kid Essentials which is one of the things that we give my daughter to drink. She loves it and we love that she will dirnk it so easily.

WHAT IS BOOST KID ESSENTIALS?

BOOST Kid Essentials Drink is an excellent alternative when a meal replacement is required. Each serving of BOOST Kid Essentials Drink provides 240 calories, 24 essential vitamins and minerals, and 7 grams of protein.

REAL FAMILIES. REAL STORIES.

There are many other families who go through the same thing that we go through when it comes to our daughter's nutrition. I am constantly worrying about if she is getting enough. Food. Nutrients. Vitamins.

Now you can watch videos and share other parents' journeys as they try to help meet their children's nutritional needs.

This week, meet the Brunelle Family as they share their concerns about their son Van being underweight for his age.
