This is post two in a three-part series of our adventures at Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC. The first post gave a long, detailed description of our weekend trip. Now I give you...
Travel Smarter: Armed Forces Vacation Club
Growing up in a military family, travel wasn't always easy for us because we didn't have a lot of money. We were a family of four and my father was a full time soldier. As a result, we spent a lot of time taking road trips.
We traveled all over the United States and my parents really loved taking us to see new places. In addition, every time we moved we would travel by car to the next place we were moving. However, we would always fly there first to check it out. We always flew space available on military planes. If you have never had that experience, I have to tell you that it is not that comfortable but you always get to your destination.
I had the opportunity to go to Mexico last week and it was an amazing trip. I got to spend time at a great resort and hang out with some fun people who really enhanced my trip.
