THE TECHNICAL STUFF

Battery Chargers: The Panasonic CC17, 4-position Ni-MH battery charger delivers advanced, individual cell charging capabilities. Ideal for use at home, in the office, or on the road, this Panasonic CC17 charger is a convenient way to recharge any combination of up to four AA or AAA Ni-MH eneloop, eneloop pro, or conventional Panasonic Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. The CC17 charger also features 4 LED charge indicator lights and a retractable AC plug.
Recharger Adapters: eneloop “C” and “D” size adapters allow eneloop AA batteries to be inserted and utilized in “C” and “D” size battery device applications. The battery cells maintain their original eneloop AA cell performance characteristics including 2000mAh typical, 2100 recharges, and will hold 70% of their charge for up to 10 years, (when not in use)*.
Technology: eneloop batteries utilize a highly-durable super lattice alloy, which prolongs the life of this important material. Improvements to this super-lattice alloy have increased hydrogen stability resulting in reduced self-discharge and long lasting, stable voltage output. Improvements to the conductive surface layer of the active (positive) electrode material (made primarily from nickel-metal hydride) produce greater conductivity and durability. By limiting the degradation of the conductive layer increases the number of times that eneloop batteries can be recharged, up to 2100 times.
