How to Clean a Curling Iron
Recall all those frustrating times when you struggled with a bad hair day and your hair seemed unmanageable. Remember the relief brought by your trusty flat iron? Also, think about those occasions when you...
Summer is coming up soon which means when the sun is beaming and temperatures are high a lot of us tend to stay away from using our hot tools like flat irons and curling irons because we are already hot and don't want to have to use tools that will make us even hotter. Not to mention, when the hot sun is already beaming down on your hair it can potentially cause dryness so you don't want to add to that dryness with hot irons on your hair as well. Today I'll be sharing a few of my favorite Summer hairstyles that don't require any heat tools! We hope that these Heat-Free Summer Hairstyles inspire you.
Braiding my hair is one of my all-time favorite summer hairstyle braids. Not only is it super cute but it is really easy to do, keeps your hair out of your face, and doesn't cause any damage to your hair from using heat. This is also one of our favorite workout hairstyles.
Another great thing about braiding your hair is that when you've had it in for a long time you can get another hairstyle out of it by taking your hair out and rocking the gorgeous, natural waves that you are left with. This style is gorgeous and works great for the Summer season.
Another great way to get a beautiful wavy look is while your hair is still damp, spray in some salt water beach spray and scrunch that into your hair for a fun natural wavy look.
Whether you have naturally straight hair, waves, or even curls simply throwing a flower into your hair will make it very Summer like and it will look adorable.
A sleek ballet bun is very on trend right now and it is gorgeous as well. I love the ballet bun because it can be great for a lazy, hang-out day but it also looks great for an elegant, dressier event. It is really easy, just throw your hair into a ponytail and then wrap the ponytail around and pin it with a couple of bobby pins, simple as pie.
These are just a few of my favorite simple hairstyles that don't require any heat tools. If you want to give your hair a break from heat and damage, stick to these heat-free styles that are so easy that anyone can do and they are great for Summer.
