One of my early holiday memories is of me sitting in my fathers lap, franticly tearing off the wrapping paper a gift that I had recieved for the holidays.To this day I can still feel the excitement of the moment.I remember ripping that paper off to reveal a set of walkie-talkies, and to young me, that was one cool gift. My father helped me get into all of the packaging, and then we opened up the battery compartments to bring power to my new toy. Except we couldn't power my walkie-talkies. They used AA batteries, and we were apparently out. Talk about disappointment.
