Easter White Chocolate Dipped OREOs
Easter White Chocolate Dipped OREOs Have you asked yourself how to make oreo cookies dipped in white chocolate or how to dip oreos in chocolate or how long do chocolate dipped oreos stay fresh...
This Pizza goes with everything post is sponsored by RaceTrac. All opinions are my own.
I have a confession to make. I love pizza. I really love pizza. I love all of the styles and varieties that are available. New York, Milan, Chicago, Detroit, Naples….you name it. If the city is known for pizza, I have had it and I'm a fan. My family has even opened a pizzeria. I'm a bit like the old Green Eggs and Ham guy. I could eat pizza it here or there, I could eat it anywhere! One of the most romantic memories that I have of dating my husband features a quiet dinner of pizza at a cozy little mom and pop place near our home. That particular shop specialized sort of NY/Naples hybrid pie that just sent me over the moon. It was this love of pizza that excited me about this post with RaceTrac. They wanted me to go eat pizza! Now eat I did because there is fresh pizza and so much more at RaceTrac. We hope that you enjoy this Pizza goes with everything post.
I know what you may be thinking, because if I'm going to be honest, I thought it too. How good could the pizza be out of a case at a gas station? Here's the thing. RaceTrac is a whole lot more than just a gas station. I mean, yes they sell gas. And yes, they have the attached convenience store like most places. But that is where the similarities end to your average spot. These guys are making food fresh in house! That pizza? It is built and cooked fresh in house throughout the day. And you know what? It's pretty darn good. It also happens to be really convenient. Just walk into the store and it is ready to go in the case. RaceTrac offers flavors like pepperoni and meat lovers, and for the first time they are offering limited run pizza. The offering right now is a Buffalo Chicken pizza slice.
This slice (cut from a 16″ pizza btw) features traditional Frank’s Red Hot Sauce as the base, 100 percent whole milk cheese and crispy breaded chicken; all topped off with ranch dressing. I tried it for lunch today and I can report that it was quite tasty. The slice was hot, the chicken still fresh (no dried up pieces), and the flavor was spot on. I washed the slice down with a frozen Coke and a hot, baked in store cookie.
Now I didn't plan on getting the cookie. But there it was, staring at me from the shelf above the pizza. It was still hot from the oven and was really good. I don't know why I was surprised to find that fresh cookie. That's what RaceTrac is about; offering freshly made product at an incredible value. A lot of freshly made products. There is fresh pizza and so much more at RaceTrac. You could say that you can have your pizza and…whatever.
The day I visited, RaceTrac had a plethora of options on the Roller Grill. There were of course the Nathan’s Famous 100 percent Premium All Beef Hot Dogs, but there were also things like Taquitos and Tamales. I had never seen fresh tamales offered before, and I later learned that this is an item that's unique to RaceTrac. It is wrapped in a traditional corn husk and filled with seasoned pork. Delicious.
I went for a chocolate cookie for dessert, but RaceTrac also has something called Swirl World. This is a spot where you can treat yourself to frozen ice cream and yogurt, complete with toppings. If that doesn't satisfy your sweet tooth, check out the fresh doughnut case.
In addition, there are offerings of sandwiches and a whole lot more in the deli case. Those sandwiches by the way are delivered fresh to the store every morning. Did I mention that these people are serious about fresh food?
RaceTrac has the start of the day covered as well. Those machines in the picture above? They grind and brew coffee to order, just like a fancy spot. The staff here is also baking biscuits fresh every day to create some wonderful morning sandwiches, complete with eggs, meats, and cheese.
Pizza also makes for an excellent stay at home party. Nothing says party quite like a bunch of pizzas, beverages and good friends.
No matter what you are craving, or what time of day it is, RaceTrac has a freshly made offering that will satisfy your hunger (or thirst). From pizza to burgers and more, this is truly a one stop shop. So gas up the car, grab a slice, and enjoy. Because at the end of the day, you will find fresh pizza and so much more at RaceTrac. We hope that you enjoyed this Pizza goes with everything post.

I haven’t been to a RaceTrac, but it sounds like a great place to find lots of goodies. It’s nice to have a place to stop where you can find a quick meal or a treat.
I’ve never heard of RaceTrac, (must not have it in our state) I really wish they was here though! This food looks great!
Love me some Race Trac food. I do so many road trips up and down the east coast and I love pulling in to grab some gas and stock up on muchies.
This is neat. I’ve never heard of Racetrac before. Interestingly enough my husband’s mom and dad franchised a Pizza Hut and for years my husband couldn’t eat pizza. I guess he just ate too much of it when he was a bust boy there. Thankfully he’s grown out of that because I love pizza and we literally eat pizza once a week.
This food all looks so good and has made me super hungry! I agree that pizza goes with everything 🙂 My in-laws own a pizzeria so I’m spoiled and get pizza all the time 🙂
What an awesome place! Totally wish we had one in my area! We actually do have a gas station that has my all time SECOND favorite pizza in the world. Okay I have not been many places in this world but it is that good so indeed I do believe this is amazing!
Everything looks so delicious and fun! I love pizza too. We eat pizza more than dessert!
I have heard of Race Track, but don’t know if I’ve ever been to one. But you’re 100% correct Pizza goes with everything
Oh Wow! Racetrac is the best. I have moved where there aren’t any. 🙁 Miss them.
I haven’t heard of RaceTrac but it is good to know that you recommend it for when I come across one on a road trip.
I’ve never heard of RaceTrac. This looks like a really great place to pick up snacks and food! I too love pizza. Sadly, I can’t eat it anymore.
Is this a gas station? I’m down for all of the food regardless!
Pizza does go with everything. I love Racetrac but I have not tried their pizza. Swirlworld is awesome.
I wouldn’t discount gas station pizza. Some of the best pizza I’ve had has come from a convenience store. While I haven’t heard of RaceTrac before, I’ll be sure to look for them on our summer road trips and will be sure to grab a slice if we come across one.
I have not had pizza in Naples yet. It is on my list! Race Trac is my fave. I’ll give their Pizza a go.
