- Stick to a regime that includes high quality products. This will eliminate using low quality ingredients on your skin.
- Clean everyday products such as cell phones and keys. These items carry around a lot of germs and bacteria that pass off onto your face and hands when you use them. Wiping your cell phone down with a bleach wipe will keep the kooties off of your skin.
- Practice yoga or other stress eliminating exercises. Stress can really cause problems with your skin.
- Eat a healthy diet. Try to eat as close to the source as possible. Instead of eating canned peaches, indulge in some fresh peaches. This eliminates unknown sources of sugar which can cause blemishes and acne.
