This post is sponsored by Kellogg's which is the only cereal that my family eats.
When my youngest was born, she had digestion problems. We couldn't figure out what the problem was at first but we knew that it was something with digestion and once it was figured out, we were able to put a plan together. She also had to have surgery.
She still has a few issues to this day and so we watch her diet plus we make certain she chews everything up. The smaller the food, the better. We are always on a mission to find her the easiest foods to eat. And she has her favorites.
Some things, like how the baby ended up in your belly, are hard for kids to digest. But Rice Krispies® cereal is easy to digest. That's because it's made of rice, which moms know is gentle on little tummies.
My daughter loves Rice Krispies. In fact she loves to eat it for breakfast and she likes to make Rice Krispy treats with me as well. She has already picked out what she wants us to make for Halloween. Rice Krispy Treat Pops. We are going to make them for her entire class.
What I love about Rice Krispies is that it is easy for her to digest. I don't have to worry about her getting sick or not feeling well after she eats them because of digestion issues.
Everyone in my family eats Rice Krispies. What do you eat for breakfast?
We love Rice Krispies too, especially in “treat” form! We eat a variety of stuff for breakfast. Cereal is definitely on the list!
Too funny – we were just talking about Rice Krispies earlier today. One of my friends has to reduce his cholesterol and improve his overall health. He told me that he has been eating Rice Krispies with skim milk every day for over a month now and is really happy.
I’m not much into Kellogs, but my niece is crazy about Rice Crispies.
I love Kellogg’s cereals – especially Rice Krispies. There are so many different things you can do with them 🙂
I LOVE Rice Krispies they are breakfast, dinner an dessert to me depending on the day
Thanks for the article about digestion. I am on a low fibre diet, in preparation for a Colonoscopy. It seems to me that ‘Rice Krispies’ are easier to digest than ‘Corn Flakes’.
