I love me some cookies. And cookie sandwiches? OMG. Don't these just look amazing? They taste just as good as they look. This recipe is pretty straightforward and easy to make. You can make it with any kind of cookies and even use two different types (one on the top and another flavor on the bottom). Chocolate dipped marshmallow sandwich cookies
Ingredients
- a dozen of your favorite cookies, similarly sized
- 6 large square cookies
- ½ cup milk chocolate
- Wilton Holiday sprinkles
Directions
- Melt the chocolate per package instructions, stirring constantly.
- Dip the four sides of the marshmallow into the chocolate and lay down on the bottom of one cookie.
- Sprinkle with the candies and then place a second cookie on top of the marshmallow making sure the chocolate touches both cookies to hold everything together.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for a couple of days or freeze until ready to enjoy them. Allow them to come to room temperature before serving.
