Chili's Guiltless Grill - BzzAgent Review - Divine Lifestyle

Chili’s Guiltless Grill – BzzAgent Review

I am always skeptical of any kind of food that touts itself as being low in calories or diet. To me, this almost always mean that taste has somehow been sacrificed. I had the opportunity to join a Bzz Campaign (more on that later) a few months ago for Chili's Guiltless Grill. I was intrigued. The tagline for the campaign was:

“Introducing the new Guiltless Grill® menu options at Chili's: all the flavor you expect, with less than 750 calories each. “

That sounded pretty exciting to me so I decided to give it a shot and I signed up for the campaign without hesitation. My family likes Chili's and although we do not eat there a lot, I was very interested in this new menu.

The package arrived about a week after I signed up with a book further explaining the program and four coupons for a free Chili's Guiltless Grill entree. Woohoo! This was great. I love trying new food and I love FREE so when two of my favorite things are combined, that is a definite bonus.

We went to Chili's that night. The kid's were excited because they love going out to dinner and Chili's has pretty good kid's meals. My first Chili's Guiltless Grill entree was the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. This is how Chili's described it on the menu:

Grilled chicken breast topped with low-fat Ranch, shredded lettuce, tomato and sauteed onions. Or kick it up with our traditional Buffalo spicy wing sauce. Served on a whole wheat bun.

Sounds good doesn't it? It was. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the Buffalo spicy wing sauce was amazing. It was served on a whole wheat bun with lettuce plus broccoli on the side sprinkled with parmesan cheese. I loved this sandwich and I ate the entire thing. The little kick of spice was great and the entire meal was very filling. I was impressed!

Here are the other menu choices available on the Chili's Guiltless Grill:

Sirloin steak with our signature carne asada rub, flame-grilled and topped with house-made pico de gallo and a lime wedge.

Salmon fillet lightly seasoned and seared to perfection. Or layer on flavor with our non-fat honey-mustard glaze.

Grilled chicken breast on a bed of rice.

Our meatless black bean patty topped with low-fat Ranch, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion.

A seasoned tilapia fillet topped with house-made pico de gallo and a lime wedge. Cooked and served on a cedar plank.

We went back two nights later and I had the same sandwich because it was so wonderful. I was craving that sandwich again and as far as I am concerned, if I am loving something, I am going back as often as possible. I used three of the coupons and gave one away. The Chili's Guiltess Grill is a great option for anyone trying to live a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing the taste. Give it a try today!
