Frozen Food: How Fresh Stays Fresh

This past weekend, my youngest daughter and I attended the Brookhaven Georgia Cherry Blossom Festival which is very close to our home. In fact, this is the park that we go to a lot and my son even had his 7th birthday party there. Blackburn Park off of Ashford Dunwoody Road in the Perimeter area is the perfect sized park for this festival.
The Third Annual Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival is a two-day, free-to-the-public event that brings together Brookhaven community residents and visitors from all over to showcase the businesses and attractions that make the community so special. The festival was held this past weekend on March 25-26, 2017.
With over 15,000 attendees, the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival offered fun activities for the whole family, including a Children’s Village, Classic Car Show, Arts & Crafts Marketplace, Musical Performances and Pet World!
Got this from Lil' Miss Leather ~ a leather artisan at the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival
The Children’s Village village did not disappoint. Kids could get face painting, jump in bounce houses, play games and so more. We opted for the $10 wrist band which meant unlimited bouncy houses.
The Classic Car Show showcased some of the coolest cars around. Hot rods, oldies and some pretty amazing restores were on display for everyone to see.
Pet World was the perfect place to bring our sweet dog, Taffy. She could chase a lure to get some exercise, get hydrated at the water stations and get some delicious gourmet dog biscuits.
With lots of musical performances during the day, there was no shortage of tunes to sing along to and we discovered a few artists that are new to us.

That looks like a great way to spend the day with the family. I love all the blooms, and none of my family members can so no to fest food.
That sounds awesome! The blooms are beautiful. Life music is great. And oh yeah… Festival food. I love to spend the day stuffing my face with hot dogs, funnel cakes, and all manner of delicious food that would kill me if I ate it everyday.
