Essential oils have been becoming more and more mainstream. We hear about them constantly and if you are on Facebook, the chances are you have been pitched to buy someone's essential oils. Argan Oil comes from the nuts of a tree found in southwestern Morocco. They are harvested by the Berber community, roasted, and pressed to extract the oil. It contains high levels of vitamin E and has 80% unsaturated fatty acids making it more resistant to oxidation. It aids in healing scars and has anti-inflammatory, sun protection, and disinfectant properties.

Peppermint is a very concentrated oil that should be closely monitored when you take it. Mix it with something if you can and use Peppermint oil to help with nausea. I took some on our first cruise and used it with two kids with no further problems.

I am amazed how the use of oils is now becoming popular again! Glad to see it really as for the ost part they are non toxic and are easy to use. I llove argan oil especially in the winter it really does help.
