How to Heal Your Body Naturally
How to Heal Your Body Naturally With as many steps that we've all added to our routine this last year to stay healthy – mentally and physically – it can be scary the first...
We love entertaining in this house. My kids love it as well. It seems that every weekend there is always a friend staying the night or we are having a family movie party. We love having people in our home and we are always inviting friends to come visit. Several times per year we have a house full of guests and are bursting at the seams. I wouldn't have it any other way. This is how I stay one step ahead when sick gets real.
Now that the leaves are changing colors, relatives are calling with travel plans, which means we get to host some family and friends as they pass through Atlanta on their way to other exciting destinations. Almost all of our friends have kids, and since my kids seem to get sick when traveling, I take preparations to keep everyone in the house well. Since that doesn't always happen, I overcome those sickness obstacles by providing my guests with a fully-stocked welcome basket with some of our favorite and most-used products in our household.
We also make certain that everyone in the house has:
These are just a few precautions that we take to ensure that everyone has a good time and so that we avoid any sickness.

This is the time of year I start the natural supplements like extra vitamin c and d along with ginseng and echinancea. They make a great immune booster which really helps during cold and flu season.
