Total Gym Week 4 – Chuck is Kicking My Butt
So this is officially the 4th week of our competition. I was sick last week and lost a little momentum but I have been trying hard to make it up this week. I have worked out four times and I am definitely feeling it.
My shoulders are a little sore. My back muscles are a little sore. My legs are a little sore.
In other words, Chuck is kicking my butt!!
I have been checking out the Total Gym and so far one of my absolute favorite pages, the one that I find the most motivating, has got to be the Total Gym Success Stories for Women.
It is very inspirational to see what these women did from the comfort of their own homes all because of Total Gym. Most of the women dropped pounds and dress sizes. Some tightened and toned. All of them look and I am certain, feel much better.
Another great place to check for inspiration is the Total Gym Facebook page. Total Gym owners, time and time again are posting how much they love their machines. This is real time, from real people and in my opinion, speak volumes about the effects that Total Gym can have.

Total Gym looks awesome but I dont know honestly if I could do it everyday- mine might turn into the newest coat rack (the fate of other excercise equipment) Bravo to you for keeping it up!
