    We go to our local pumpkin patch fruit barn and take a hay ride out to the patch to handpick our pumpkins. Then we go inside for some fresh apple cider and handmade apple turnovers.

    It’s a little later than into fall, but every year my kids and I make a Christmas ornament for each of the grandmas. So fall time means figuring out what we’re gonna do, finding just the right photo to add to it, and then actually making it. We like to give it to them on Thanksgiving so they can enjoy it all season long!

    Well… our favorite tradition I’d have to say is Christmas morning is the ONLY day of the year when cookies AS breakfast is not only allowed… but encouraged! (I’m convinced this was started by exhausted parents who just finished putting all those *some assembly required* gifts 10 minutes before getting mauled by excited kiddos… ;-))
