We were recently sent a bottle of Tide Coldwater to try it out in our home.
Now I have to admit, I am already a Tide user. I alternate between Tide and Gain. I also need to admit that until now, I firmly held on to the belief that only hot water can truly get my clothes clean.
I have always cleaned our clothes in hot and sometimes warm but really…mostly hot.
I know! I know! I cannot help it. I grew up that way.
But I have been intrigued by Tide Coldwater. I have often wondered does it really clean? And does it clean in coldwater?
I decided to put Tide Coldwater to the ultimate test. One of my favorite white t-shirts had a couple of stains on it and it needed to be washed.
So going against everything that I knew since I was a small child, I washed a load of whites in Tide Coldwater. Check out my video of the t-shirt with the stains:
So what do you think happened?

The detergent smells great. It works even better. But best of all, I am saving both energy and money by using coldwater.
I was pleasantly surprised. Everything that I know and love with Tide, was absolutely still true with Tide Coldwater.
