This is actually a very nice list. I tend to prefer salty snacks with the exception of fruits. I like how this is portioned out and brooken doown it makes things so much easier. One hundred calories isnt a whole lot and most of these are enough to satisy without breaking a diet.
I like to have a snack in the evening, but I do not know what to have that does not have a lot of calories! I love some of these ideas and will be trying them out! The greek yogurt and the cereal with milk are very good ideas!
These are perfect for on the go and as after school snacks to keep on hand and prepared. Love this!
