Statue of Liberty
The
Statue of Liberty is a symbol of our Liberty and Freedom as Citizens of The United States of America. It is something you want to experience when visiting NYC. You can take a ferry out to Ellis Island and take a tour of the Statue of Liberty, I would recommend buying your tickets ahead of time to avoid extremely long lines.
Metropolitan Museum
The Met is the largest art museum in the United States and if you are someone that appreciates a nice work of art, this will not be one that you want to skip out on. There are so many various kinds of art in the museum and it's a beautiful sight to see.

Times Square
9/11 Memorial
9/11 was a tragic time for the United States and the
9/11 memorial in New York City is such a beautiful tribute to it. I would highly recommend checking out this memorial because it is truly a part of history.
Broadway
You can't go to New York City without seeing a
Broadway show! NYC is the home to Broadway Theater and there are so many different Broadway shows that there is something for everyone. You will be able to find one to fit your interests.

Grand Central Terminal
Even if you are not traveling, simply visiting
Grand Central Terminal is an exciting experience. It is the world's largest railway station and seeing everything occurring all at one time is truly fascinating.

If you are looking for a day of fun rides, walking the boardwalk, and playing games then a visit to Coney Island is a great one to put on the agenda. This is a great experience for people of all ages and something that I think you should experience when visiting New York City!
