Woodhouse Day Spa Palm Beach Gardens'The Woodhouse Day Spa Palm Beach Gardens’ is the ultimate, full-service, luxury day Spa. Their mission is to provide the best in customer service and exceed expectations with each and every visit. They certainly exceeded my expectations. I had the 80 minute massage by Latoya and it was everything you would want a massage to be – – relaxing, the perfect pressure, and friendly and professional service.
The Woodhouse Day Spa offers over 70 rejuvenating treatments. Their team of dedicated professionals provide a genuine desire for the customer’s overall well-being and in making each experience the ultimate retreat. You can choose from a variety of advanced skin and body care treatments from their famous nurturing facials, to invigorating body treatments in their Vichy Shower. From Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Volcanic Stone massages or by indulging in a luxurious mani/pedi.
I definitely want to return and experience their Vichy Shower treatments. Only a few spas offer this luxurious treatment. The Vichy Shower itself consists of a “rainbar” that is attached to a temperature and water control box fitted to the wall in a tiled room. As the guest reclines face-down on a spa table, similar to a massage table, the rainbar extends from the wall over the guest to the shoulder area. The six showerheads are positioned so that they cascade over the guests back and legs. During treatment, the Vichy begins as a warm shower that balances, reinforces the immune system and relaxes the body.
After three minutes of this luxurious shower, the therapist performs an alternate hot and cold therapy shower that oxygenates, detoxifies and firms and tones the skin. Due to the action of flushing the lymphatic system for detoxification and the contracting and relaxing of the skin for firming and toning, the Vichy Shower can produce results as very few therapies have the ability to do.
I would like to say thank you to the staff of the Woodhouse Day Spa for making my experience extra special by discovering that it was my birthday from the forms I completed. I appreciate the entire staff taking the time to sign a birthday card for me and for the lovely gift of a scented candle. A wonderful personal touch that I will remember!
