So here we are. Week 7. We are almost done with this competition.
I have done pretty well so far. I work out about 3 times per week. I would like to get this to 4-5 times per week. Hopefully I will get there soon.
I haven't lost a ton of weight but I do feel like I am definitely tightening and toning which is a great feeling. I cannot wait to take my measurements to see how many inches I have lost in total.
