I am a huge fan of the brand Tarte and when they released their new Tartelette Tease Palette I was so excited to try it out because I am a huge fan of the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer and the Tarte brand in general so this Tartelette matte palette seemed ideal. I picked up mine up just a few days after it was released and love the Tartelette amazonian clay matte palette looks I can create. The first thing that drew me to this eyeshadow palette was the fact that it was such a small palette, only having 6 colors where as a typical palette can have anywhere from 12-20 shadows. I thought immediately that this palette would be perfect for travel and a great one to throw in my purse makeup bag because not only is it so small and compact, but it also has a good range of mattes and shimmers. So let's get into the actual shades in the palette…

The shades in the Tarte Tartelette Tease Eyeshadow Palette are:

Whisper: A light pink. This one is just a basic, simple cream colored shadow with a matte finish but it absolutely perfect to use as a base shadow or also a browbone highlight.
Crush: A taupe shimmer. Crush is probably my favorite shade in the palette, it is a beautiful champagne-rose gold color with a beautiful shimmery finish. This is beautiful when simply applied all over the lid.
Heartbreaker: A warm brown. This is a great everyday shade because it is a nice, warm, chocolately shade but it isn't too dark so it is absolutely perfect to use in that crease and create a very neutral look.
Wink: A light mauve. Wink is a very beautiful matte soft pink shade, which makes it another really great browbone highlight or great for a very natural, soft look.
First Kiss: A mauve shimmer. The other shimmer shade in the palette, First Kiss is a rosy shade that would make for a beautiful romantic look on the eyes.
BFF: A plum. BFF is another matte shade is a beautiful, bold burgundy shade which is great for creating warm, more bold looks.
