I have long been a proponent of children playing. We have an entire toy room in our home dedicated to my child and their love of play. We have a play kitchen, lots of board games, books, beanbag chairs for the kids to relax in, a trunk full of dress up clothing and then a LEGO station.
We all know how great play is for kids. My children love to build things and they especially love LEGO. I cannot tell you how many LEGO sets we have in our home. However, after months and months some of the pieces get lost which definitely frustrates my children. Now there is the perfect solution for that.
Pley is a subscription service that sends your child a LEGO set each month. You set the preferences and Pley delivers one set per month. The sets are age appropriate and are the latest products from LEGO. Your child plays with the LEGO set and then sends it back at the end of the month.
Affordability
My child is always asking for these expensive LEGO sets ($100 or more) and that can really set us back. Pley is $9.99 per month and by the time my daughter wants another set, it shows up in the mail.
Convenience
We have to avoid the toy aisles in some stores because my kids cannot handle shopping in the toy section. This has led to many a meltdown. With Pley we don't have to worry about that. Pley offers free shipping AND free return shipping which makes this such an easy subscription service.
Delight
My child loves getting the mail and when her subscription box from Pley comes she is ecstatic. There is no more boredom when it comes to LEGO because your child's set get refreshed each month. You can even sign up for the $19.99 plan to get multiple LEGO sets per month.
Cleanliness, clutter, and eco-friendly
Every step on a piece of LEGO? Yeah me too and it's not that fun is it? With Pley, there are no toys building up and collecting dust. The only thing that you have to do is box it up at the end of the month and send it back. Pley washes and sanitizes every piece to make sure it’s germ free before being sent to the next child.
What we love about the Pley LEGO sets is that they new to us and my daughter is always asking us to buy more sets for here. I love that a box comes each month for my child and it is specifically tailored to her. The convenience of home delivery means that I don't have to go out and buy her LEGO sets. Then when she has played for about a month and is already asking for another set, the next month subscription shows up. If your child loves LEGO, they will love Pley.

I think it’s a great concept, but it sounds to me that it would be a HUGE pain to keep track of the Legos and make sure they all got back in the box at the end of the month. Just about as bad as Barbie shoes. What does Pley do if you don’t return all the pieces?
Going rving would be a blast!! I hope you get the chance to go would be a great way to travel as a family!
This is a great idea and I wished we had that here in Manila.I am so sure my kids will love it.
My son loves Lego’s. It sounds like a great service. I don’t think my son would want to send the set back each month. LOL
Have I ever stepped on Legos? Girl, I have one permanently imbedded in my toenail as I write this! 😉
My nephew loves playing lego. He started collecting lego since he was 3. I guess this one is a great addition to his collection. 🙂
How AWESOME is this! I’m 23 and I still LOVE building LEGO sets (it’s very relaxing!) <3
Sounds like such a cool monthly box, I have never had legos before we couldn’t afford them when I was a kid but when I do have kids hope I will get them some.
this is an amazing subscription box. It is very affordable and I like that the toys are sanitized. My son would be thrilled to have it
I think that sounds like a fun idea. I am sure lots of kids will love this.
This is pure genius! Kids love Legos, but let’s be honest, after they build it and play with it a few times, they’re done. I love this idea!
This is the first I’ve heard about this subscription box. My 9 year old grandson loves Legos. I just bought him a huge set for his birthday. You’re right – they are expensive.
I’ve been somewhat hesitant about subscription boxes but lately I’ve been changing my mind. This has definitely done it! This is so cool…I’m looking into this right now for my son!
You cannot go wrong with new Legos every month! It is so cool that they are customized to your child.
Wow my son used to build a new set every time he got the chance. He would have loved this service.
Omg a Lego subscription box?!?! Ummmm coolest thing ever! My daughter would love this & not gunna lie so would I 😉
That would have been just the best to have Pley as a subscription service that would send a LEGO set each month – my son, also, was losing pieces
This has to be one of the nicer ( if not the best ) subscription boxes that I’ve seen. Who doesn’t love Lego, right? Even grown-ups will enjoy this one. I know a lot of friends who collect Lego pieces up to now.
Wow! This is amazing I absolutely love Lego, so do my kiddos.. This would be perfect for my boys upcoming birthdays.. They’d flip!
The PLEY subscription box is awesome especially for kids. There’s so much excitement tagged to each month as there’s something new to play with.
This is a great idea for those whose kids love Lego. As you said, Lego is so expensive (I have no idea why?!) but it’s nice for the kids to have a treat.
This is so awesome!! I have a nephew who is addicted to legos and who happens to have a birthday coming up soon!! This would be perfect for him!!
My son would love receiving this box. Wow! I never knew they had this. Gotta check this out for him. Thanks!
This is so neat! I didn’t know they had a subscription box like this. Legos can be so expensive, so this is a great option. This is such a great price!
This is a really cool service! I love legos, and I know my kids will too! I don’t think I would pay $10 a month for this subscription though. That would be waaaaay too many legos to play with!
I have never heard of this but man does it sounds awesome!I am going to tell my sister in law about this because my nephew would go crazy for this box EVERY month!!
This is such a great idea. My kids loved Lego’s when they were younger. I will have to share this with my friends with kids.
What a pretty neat idea. I may just have to get in on a subscription for my kiddos.
i see a lego friend in that picture! My daughter loves Lego Friends this is such an awesome box.
My niece’s little boy can’t go in the toy aisle either. It always leads to a big meltdown. This might help. I like the idea.
I have no doubt my son would love Pley because he is a big LEGO fan. He’s got a lot actually and I don’t know where else to put new LEGO pieces if we’ll buy more. 🙂
What a great subscription box idea. I find it is affordable and very handy to have it delivered at home
This looks like such a great subscription box! Everybody in my family loves LEGO so this would be great for everybody!!
How cool! Much as my son loves LEGOs, he would certainly love this monthly subscription box.
I think this looks amazing. My sons would absolutely flip over it.
My son is just about old enough to enjoy this! He is all about the Duplo Legos right now!
This sounds like a lot of fun! I would love to check out a service like this for my kids.
