Butternut Squash Risotto Recipe
Butternut Squash Risotto Recipe I love a good side dish recipe. I like to try new things and I am trying to experiment with more vegetables. I am not a huge fan of squash...
It's summer time, and that lazy evenings, grilling out, and of course eating lots of corn on the cob. Now I am a fan of corn cooked all sorts of ways; grilled, steamed, sauteed, or roasted…I love it. One of my favorite ways to cook corn on the cob is in the instant pot. Cooking the corn in a pressure cooker is super easy, and the corn tastes absolutely fantastic. This instant pot recipe for corn on the cob will leave you with a side dish that is just bursting with flavor; it's almost like the instant pot intensifies the flavor of the corn. Now you can use frozen corn on the cob in the instant pot, but I really prefer fresh ears for this recipe. So go ahead and run down to the farmers market, you need 8 ears of corn. While you are out, grab some corn holders to make eating easy. Once home, shuck the corn and get cooking! We hope that you love this Instant Pot Corn on the Cob recipe.
