Best Bronzers for Fair Skin Ciate London Bamboo Bronzer
Do you know how to pick a bronzer for fair skin with pink undertones? Bronzer is one of my favorite makeup products because I love that way bronzers can warm up the skin for a sun-kissed glow as well as bronzers being used as contouring products to slim down and carve out our facial features. I also love that bronzer with pink undertones is perfect for me as are a lot of other bronzer products. I needed to know how to pick a bronzer for fair skin with pink undertones. I have tried out a lot of different bronzers and I always love to try out more at any chance I get. I recently got the Ciate London Bamboo Bronzer in my Ipsy bag and I knew I had to review it as soon as I saw it. We hope that you enjoy this Best Bronzers for Fair Skin Ciate London Bamboo Bronzer review.
Ciate London is a fairly new brand to me, I've tried a few of their products here and there but it is not a brand that I buy regularly. When it comes to bronzers I like mine to be fairly pigmented and to have a fairly neutral tone. I like neutral toned bronzers because it makes the bronzer more versatile. With a very warm bronzer you can't use it to contour because your skin will look muddy but if you have a bronzer that is too cool toned then it's not great for warming up the skin tone.
I got my Ciate bamboo bronzer in the shade Star Island which I think fits pretty well into the neutral category. Star Island is a bit on the lighter side so unfortunately I think if you have medium-deep skin tones it will not work for you necessarily but if you are someone that is on the side of a more fair skin tone this will work great for you!

Bamboo bronzer is long-wearing, easy to blend, cruelty-free, vegan plus it's also free of talc, parabens, and mineral oil. The bronzer is available for purchase at Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and Ciate London's website.
I wanted to take a minute to talk about the packaging of this bronzer as well. I like that with Ciate London, their packaging is all very sleek and professional looking. For the bronzer in particular, it is in a black sleek compact with adorable silver stars all over, I love it. Now, when you open up the bronzer there is a beautiful little bow imprinted into the bronzer itself which I also think adds to the cuteness of the product and Ciate is known for using a lot of bows in their advertising.

How to Apply Bronzer
- Apply the bronzer in the right places. The best places to apply bronzer are the hollows of your cheeks, the temples, and the hairline. You can also apply bronzer to the bridge of your nose and the chin to add definition.
- Use a brush or sponge to apply the bronzer. A brush will give you a more natural look and more control over the application, while a sponge will give you a more intense look with a natural-looking finish.
- Blend the bronzer well. It is important to blend the bronzer well so that it does not look harsh. You can use a brush, sponge, or your fingers to blend the bronzer.
- Apply bronzer to the hollows of your cheeks, along the hairline, and down the center of the neck and on the temples. This helps to create the illusion of a sun-kissed glow.
- Blend the bronzer well with a fluffy brush.
- Add more bronzer if you want a more dramatic look.
- Bronzer can be used to contour your face. To do this, apply bronzer to the areas of your face that you want to recede, such as the forehead, nose, and chin.
- Bronzer can also be used to add dimension to your face. To do this, apply bronzer to the areas of your face that you want to stand out, such as the cheekbones and temples.

- Finish with a setting spray to help the bronzer last all day.
Tips for Choosing and Using the Right Bronzer
Choose the right bronzer for your skin tone is very important. Here are some of the ways we choose our bronzers.
- If you have fair skin, choose a bronzer that is one to two shades darker than your natural skin tone. If you have medium skin, choose a bronzer that is one shade darker than your natural skin tone. If you have dark skin, choose a bronzer that is two to three shades darker than your natural skin tone.
- Start with a light application/light hand when applying bronzer and build up the color as needed. You can always add more bronzer if you need to, but it's harder to take it away.
- Avoid applying bronzer too close to your nose or mouth, as this can make you look washed out. Avoid applying bronzer to the forehead, nose, and chin, as this can make you look older.
- Experiment with different bronzer shades and placement or application techniques to find what looks best on you.
- Blend, blend, blend! This is the most important step in applying bronzer. Make sure to blend the bronzer well so that it doesn't look harsh or unnatural or there aren't any harsh lines.
- If you have oily skin, choose a matte bronzer.
- If you have dry skin, choose a bronzer with a hint of shimmer.
- If you have a round face, apply the bronzer along the cheekbones and down the sides of the face to create the illusion of a longer face.
- If you have a square face, apply the bronzer along the hairline and temples to create the illusion of a softer face.
- If you have a heart-shaped face, apply the bronzer along the cheekbones and forehead to create the illusion of a wider forehead.
- If you have an oval face, you can apply the bronzer anywhere you like.
Bronzer is a great way to add a little warmth and dimension to your face. Find the right shades or shades that work with your skin tone and type. You'll love that contoured look.
