Your body needs you to stay active to help it stay healthy. A healthy body is much less likely to experience extended sickness. Don’t let the winter weather keep you indoors and sedentary. Go to the park on a cold day and play tag to keep warm, take family walks in the rain, go sledding in the snow, play together and be as active as possible.
