Nutella Muffins Recipe

Can we all agree that Nutella Stuffed Sugar Muffins are pretty much a dream come true? I mean they are super easy to whip and are jam packed with Nutella. Like seriously so full of Nutella it's almost insane (almost). Muffins and biscuits are pretty much the perfect bread. We hope that you love this Nutella Muffins Recipe.

I used to stay away from stuffed baked goods because I used to think they were super difficult to make, I also used to think that they were not super filled you know? But when a friend introduced me to her Nutella stuffed muffins and told me they were super easy to make (and I saw how full of Nutella they were), I knew I had to try the recipe at home.

After baking them a couple of times and falling in love with them every single time I decided to take them to the next level (ahem: coating them in cinnamon sugar), so that's how these Nutella Stuffed Muffins came to life. And oh my gosh they are so delicious I almost can't believe it.

I like to make them on Sunday mornings to enjoy a quiet and calm + super indulging breakfast. I also make sure that there are enough Nutella stuffed sugar muffins left to last us a couple of days because honestly there's no better on the go breakfast.

The secret for me is really jam packing them with Nutella, because go big or go home right? But seriously since they are really stuffed you don't need to top them or spread them anything else, making them the ultimate portable breakfast, snack, and dessert.

Once they are done, you can keep it in your fridge for a couple of days and just pop them in the microwave for a couple of seconds to bring that “freshly baked” texture back, and also because there's nothing quite better than a warm muffin on a chilly morning.

These came out great! Just a note. To get the cinnamon/sugar mixture to stick I melted butter, dipped baked muffins in butter first then the sugar. I make a similar snicker doodle type of muffin and that’s what that recipe says to do. Thanks for this yumminess!

These look really good. I’m not much for nutella, but I could use something similar.
