Medifast Week 5 Update


You may have seen the past few posts about me becoming a Medifast blogger. I have almost finished my first month and I am happy with how things are working out.





After losing over 20 pounds with just over a month on the Medifast program, I have stalled out a little. Last Saturday, I was diagnosed with pneumonia, bronchitis and sinusitis. I had the flu a few weeks so this is the second part of the illness that just seems to not want to leave me and my body.

Needless to say, I have gotten a little off track and didn't lose anything this week. I am ok with that because I am feeling a little better and I didn't eat quite as well as I wanted to this week.

Tomorrow is another day and time to get back on track.
