Years ago I bought my first home and I had nothing when I moved in except some plates, a pan and some silverware. What I really wanted was a KitchenAid mixer because I grew up using my mother's and because I was so excited to just get into my kitchen and create. My boyfriend bought me this beautiful KitchenAid mixer as a housewarming gift. It was the stainless steel matte gray and while it is about 20 years old, it still works perfectly and is a great addition to our kitchen. I married that guy who bought me the kitchen gadget, by the way and we both use it equally to this day.

We are still avid bakers in this house and we are raising three children who love to cook as well. We really love to bake some delicious treats for friends and family plus we cook dinner at home every single night. Needless to say that we definitely rely on our kitchen tools as much as possible.
