We love cooking at our house. My husband is a former chef and we both spent our entire careers in the restaurant industry in various capacities. We love experimenting with new recipes and that includes trying new spices or even old spices in a new way.
I was excited to participate in this blog tour from McCormick. We were going to bake something sweet until we saw the recipe for pork. The moment we saw that one, my husband and I new that was the recipe we were making.

Seasoned pork roast gets delicious flavor from a ginger-accented peach glaze
Makes 8 servings.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme, Ground
1 boneless pork loin roast (about 2 pounds)
Ginger Peach Glaze:
1/2 cup peach or apricot preserves
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ginger, Ground
Here is how ours turned out. My husband toasted bread, sliced the pork and made sandwiches. It was delicious!! For Dessert, we had the Very Vanilla Fruit Salad which was amazing!!!
