Family “Lights Out” Bedtime Routine

GoodNites Bed PadsThis is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of GoodNites®

Our family has a pretty straightforward “lights out” bedtime routine. Our kids shower, brush their teeth, brush their hair, wash their faces (I have taught them to do this every night) and then we read books together.

Often times my husband and I will linger in one or all three of their rooms just for a few extra minutes to read another book or to talk about their day. This really is one of my favorite times per day. I love spending this quality time with my kids.

I also want to share how GoodNites® Bed Mats led to a better, less frustrating night for me and my child. My youngest is a hard sleeper. I mean we could move her around like a puppet and she still wouldn't wake up. Nothing will wake her up.

On days when she is extra tired, she doesn't even wake up to go to the bathroom. She has awakened many times and wet the bed but has no idea how that happened. See? She is a hard sleeper.

GoodNites Disposable Bed Mats

Have you heard of GoodNites® Bed Mats? These mats are ultra-absorbent and can lessen bedwetting frustrations like extra loads of laundry and late-night clean-up. They are designed to give parents and their children a better night which is exactly what they do in our house.

Look how easy they are to use:

Goodnites® provide simple, easy nighttime protection in just three easy steps, Bed Mats can be secured on top of the sheets. Here is how to use them:

  1. Place the mat on top of fitted sheet
  2. Peel the adhesive strips off the corners and smooth down
  3. Protect the bed with the ultra-absorbent bed mat

GoodNites® Bed Mats are a relevant, practical solution to discreetly and conveniently manage bedwetting for Moms and their children suffering from enuresis. Enuresis is the inability to control your urination which is exactly what happens when my daughter cannot get up during the night.
Did you see the example above?

Since GoodNites® Bed Mats can absorb as much fluid as L-XL pair of GoodNites® underwear, not only are they super-absorbent, they stay in place all night and cut down on laundry and clean-up. How great is that?
