No Bake Frozen Cherry Custard Pie Recipe

This no bake frozen cherry custard pie recipe is super easy, and the results are awesome! It is a dish that is easily made ahead, making it perfect for entertaining or cook out night.

No Bake Frozen Cherry Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 tub vanilla frozen custard
3/4 cup of chopped fresh cherries, pitted
1 graham cracker pie crust
1/4 cup of cream
4 oz chocolate

Directions

Allow the custard to soften slightly on the counter. Place in a large bowl with the cherries. Fold together. Pour the custard into the pie crust and freeze.
Warm the cream in the microwave. It is hot enough when it starts to bubble. Pour in the chocolate and allow it to rest for one minute. Wisk together to form a ganache.
Pour the ganache over the frozen pie. Place pie in the freezer for several hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
