Cruelty Free Beauty Brands

Cruelty Free Beauty BrandsIf you are someone that loves beauty products, makeup, and tools but you are also a big animal lover you may want to consider going cruelty free with your makeup collection. Unfortunately there are a lot of makeup brands out there that are not cruelty free and they still test their products on animals. If you're wanting to make the switch to all cruelty free products then you should definitely check out some of these amazing brands!

Before I let you in on some of the most popular brands that are safe to use when you are cruelty free, I am also going to talk about how you can discover if your favorite brands are cruelty free or not. Here's what to look for:

Cruelty Free, Look for the Smiling Bunny Logo

Most brands that are cruelty free will advertise that with the little smiling bunny logo on the back of their products where you will see all the ingredients/information about the product.

Check Websites

On nearly any brands persona website you can figure out whether or not they are cruelty free. Once again you can look for that little cute bunny logo at the bottom of their site OR you can also go their frequently asked questions page of their site and there you can usually find the answer as to whether or not they are cruelty free or not.

I think this is a very important issue. I see no reason whatever to test products on animals. Bunnies just dont normally wear mascara and shouldnt. I dont wear much makeup and never have, eye makeup has bothered me no matter the brand, and years ago when I found out they were tested on animals I was even less inclined to use it.

Thank you for making a list of companies who dont test!

I knew a lot of products like makeup were tested on animals to see if they caused adverse reactions and other medical problems. Didn’t know that the smiling bunny symbol identified products that avoided animal testing. Will share that info with others now that I know!

  7. This is good to know. I was just about to order some new makeup and I like to get things that are good for me and good for the planet.
