Ingredients for Almond Joy Brownie Bites Recipe

We doctored up our favorite brownie mix for these quick and super tasty brownie bites.  The standard directions called for 1 egg, 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 vegetable oil.  We adjusted it to the following:

Directions

  1. Follow the box instructions for preheating oven temp, and general instructions.
  2. Line a mini muffin pan with the papers.  Cut the Almond Joys in half, slight ball up in your hands and then place in the liners.
  3. Use your electric mixer to combine the brownie mix, eggs, to liquid or near liquid and then add coconut oil.
  4. Mix until smooth then spoon over the candy pieces in the paper liners.  Make sure the candy is covered then make for 16 to 22 minutes depending on how full the papers are.  Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
