Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

• 1 lb organic Brussels Sprouts
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ^[10]
• 1/2 tsp sea salt ^[11], to taste
• 1/2 tsp pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Turn air fryer to 375.
2. Remove stems and rinse brussels sprouts.
3. Cut in half and place in medium bowl.
4. Drizzle olive oil over sprouts and toss to coat. Add salt and pepper.
5. Place on air fryer sheet and cook about 10 minutes rotating the tray halfway through. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
