What’s in my awards ceremony bag?
I love watching awards ceremonies. Walking the red carpet is one of my favorite things to watch celebrities do to see what they are wearing. In fact, I record it all so I can watch it again later. I look at every gown and then I try to figure out who made it plus then I find it online. I also always find it for less.
This year, one of my faves on the red carpet was Cate Blanchett. Look at how stunning she was:

Cate Blanchett accepted her best actress Oscar in this floral appliqué Armani Privé and it is a fabulous dress! I love her style because she is classic and not over the top yet still looks amazing.
I found a similar look (see the picture at the top) and I love it. I would definitely wear this dress and even better that it costs much less than an Armani dress. I also went for a monochromatic look with my accessories.
MY RED CARPET ESSENTIALS
Look any woman, I have some Red Carpet essentials that are always in my bag. First, I always have some Skinny Cow® Candy for a pick me up. The fact is that a Skinny Cow® Blissful Truffle Candy Bar is my preferred on-the-go-treat. It gives me a chocolate indulgence.

I love Skinny Cow chocolates. Yum. I also adore Cate Blanchett. She is a real icon and has such an elegant style. She doesn’t fall into the whole Hollywood standards trap. She’s such a natural.
I don’t know the last time I’ve seen celebs walking on a red carpet. I do catch photos of them on it later online. Having this candy bar on hand for an awards program is a great idea though!
