    I would so make the Hearty Beef & Vidalia Onion Stew. We love stews! I love making a side of corn bread and dipping it in my stew. So good and such a comfort food. Onions are always in most of my dishes.

    My all time favorite Vidalia onion recipe is Roasted Vidalia Onions. Simple and tasty and just right for your outdoor grilling. Butter, beef bouillion cube, salt and pepper. Dash of paprika. I prepare these wrapped in foil and take them to any cookout I am invited to. They are devoured with delight!!

    Maritimer whose comfort food is STEW and any variation of it. Would love to try the Hearty Beef & Vidalia Onion Stew, especially with this 6 day stint of rain. Ideally the meal that I am opting to share with my family followed by another marathon of Yahtzee with my 10 year old son Evan. Wonder if he will throw any of the games tonight *think again lol*

    Fingers crossed- thanks to entering all of these contests I went out and gott 2 5 pound bags of vidalias :) I have been having them on everything they are so good.
