I love nothing more than picking fresh fruit a few times each season. Any kind of berries tend to by my favorite. Blueberries are my husband's favorite. He loves any kind of recipe with blueberries and in fact loves fresh blueberries as much as a frozen blueberry. There is really nothing quite so delicious as delicious berries in my morning smoothie or berry jam on freshly baked croissants. This cute recipe was made for a class party and it's also perfect for those playdates where you don't quite know what ot serve. Directions

  1. Cut circles in your bread with a circle cookie cutter. Using non-stick spray, generously spray a mini muffin pan. Put each circle into the muffin pan as shown. Bake at 250 for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool for 30 minutes.
  2. Add your JIF Creamy Peanut Butter and fill half of the cup. Next fill the second half of the cup with Smucker's Natural Red Raspberry Fruit Spread
  3. Finally top with freshly washed blueberries. Eat within 30 minutes for maximum freshness.
