Reese’s Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies
REESE'S PIECES PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1/2 cup salted butter
3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/2 cups Reese's Pieces candies
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
Cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugars in a large bowl. Beat in the egg and vanilla and mix well. Sift the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add the sifted dry ingredients and combine. Fold in the Reese's Pieces candies.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on the prepared baking sheet. Place the balls 2-inches apart on the baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let set for 3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
