Mocha OREO Cheesecake Recipe

Cheesecake is one of my favorite things to indulge in. I have been a cheesecake lover since I was kid. The only thing that I enjoy as much as cheesecake are OREO cookies. This delicious recipe combines both of those things and you have Mocha OREO Cheesecake Recipe in Jelly Jars. I love that everyone gets their own individual portion and that each serving has a heap of OREO cookies in it. Try this for your next dessert night or even make individual birthday cheesecakes for everyone.

Mocha OREO Cheesecake Recipe

Makes approximately 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese, 8 oz.
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2­3 tbsp of instant decaf coffee dissolved in 4 tbs. hot water
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups OREO cookie crumbs
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted
  • 10 4 oz. jelly jars

  1. Combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix well. Put 2 tbs. of the mixture into the bottom of each jar. Gently press the mixture down with your fingers.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, 4 tbs. of instant coffee and the vanilla extract. Mix for 2­3 minutes with a hand mixer.
  3. Fill your mini jars to the top with the cream cheese mixture and let set in the fridge 3­4 hours prior to serving.
