McDonald’s Egg White Delight McMuffin

This fall, Atlanta area McDonald’s restaurants will serve up a new menu item – Egg White Delight McMuffin.

Egg White Delight McMuffin is freshly prepared with 100 percent egg whites, freshly cooked on the grill with melted white cheddar, a slice of extra lean Canadian bacon and served on an English muffin, made with 8 grams of whole grain.

The latest addition to McDonald’s wholesome offerings, Egg White Delight McMuffin is full of flavor with 260 calories. The satisfying new breakfast sandwich also serves as an excellent source of protein.

My sister and I recently tried the new Egg White Delight McMuffin. We loved it. The melted white cheddar and egg whites tasted fabulous. I loved that it was less calories and would definitely try it again. In fact, I did about a week later.

Atlanta is one of only two U.S. cities currently testing the Egg White Delight McMuffin. Austin, TX will also offer the new menu item through the remainder of 2012.
