Introducing The Skinny Cow WoCavé
I love Skinny Cow treats and I have for quite a while. I love ice cream and in an effort to cut back on the amount of fat in my diet, years ago I turned to Skinny Cow. My entire family loves and we fight each other over them.
This summer, I am thrilled to be a part of the Skinny Cow WoCavé Campaign!
WHAT THE HECK IS A WOCAVE?
WoCavé™ (wo-cah-vay): A woman cave where a woman can find freedom to indulge in any whim or luxury, away from the outside world. WoCavé characteristics may include, but are not limited to: flattering lighting, excessive watching of romantic comedies, choreographing intricate dance routines with friends, and eating SKINNY COW® ice cream before noon.
For me, a WoCavé is a state of mind. It can be an outside deck in the early evening with my feet up, a good book and some delicious Skinny Cow ice cream. It can be the beach in a cabana going out for a swim in the cool water. A WoCavé is any place that you can relax, think, find yourself or just take a little time off.
From now until the end of August, I am going to share my three missions from Skinny Cow with you. And I might just eat a few of these delicious treats:

Great music in the soundtrack to our lives. Invite your girlfriends to revisit the music that shaped them and come up with your ultimate playlist. Download a few tunes, turn the volume up – all to remind you of your authentic self – and to become your WoCavé soundtrack.
Wait until you see what I have planned for this mission!!! You will want to take your girlfriends to do the same.

All too often, working women (more than men) tend to work through their lunch breaks and eat at their desks; instead of getting out for some fresh air, they very often stay inside ALL day. Well, Skinny Cow is hitting the road this summer to remedy the situation.
Skinny Cow wants to provide consumers with a worth-while break in their day to give them a chance to stretch their legs, catch up with colleagues and have some fun! The goal of the WoCavé Tour is to encourage employees to take advantage of their lunch breaks and get away from their desks for a bit.
Skinny Cow will be sampling their latest treats (see picture above for a delicious reminder), including Limited Edition ice cream flavors & the newest candy products, in a fun lounge environment.
The truck will be traveling from the East Coast to the West Coast over the course of the summer.

Wocave, eh? While most of my favorite women are in other states, when we do get together, it’s like a wocave. I feel like I create my own when I put my headphones on when I cook or clean. I’m in my own world. I agree with you that music is a great medium to create your wocave.
