Grilled Smithfield® Craft Collection’s™ Yuengling® Bratwurst with Roasted Veggies

There is nothing that means “summer” more to me than when we start firing up the grill on a regular basis. We really do cookouts as much as possible each summer. With temperatures around 100 degrees for a lot of the summer time, the less we have to rely on our appliances inside, the better. We plan the majority of our meals each week and things that can easily be grilled always tops the list. We are excited to partner with Smithfield to share their Craft Collection’s Yuengling Bratwurst from Kroger and we are sharing our recipe for delicious roasted vegetables to top your brats with. We hope that you love our Grilled Smithfield Craft Collection’s Yuengling Bratwurst with Roasted Veggies.

About Smithfield & Yuengling

Smithfield Yuengling Bratwurst is part of the Smithfield Craft Collection. This delicious and juicy bratwurst is infused with real Yuengling Traditional Lager and made with premium cuts of pork plus a special blend of sweet and savory spices. You'll find no MSG and the brats are available in the meat case at your local Kroger or Kroger banner store.

Yuengling Lager, which happens to be my husband's favorite beer, is the flagship beer from America’s Oldest Brewery. Yuengling has a rich amber color, roasted caramel malt for subtle sweetness and pairs great with grilled food. Is there anything better than beer and brats?

Yuengling is America’s oldest brewery (located in Pottsville, PA) and Smithfield (located in Smithfield, VA) is the ham capital of the world.  Both come from towns with a slower, more thoughtful pace – grounded in tradition with a pride for their heritage. With the heritage of both companies comes an appreciation for quality, flavor and family which is why Smithfield & Yuengling make the perfect pair.

Where to Buy

You can find Smithfield Craft Collection’s Yuengling Bratwurst at Kroger and Kroger banner stores: Baker’s, Dillons, Food 4 Less, Gerbes, Owen’s, Payless Super Market, Ralph’s and Ruler. We hope that you loved our Grilled Smithfield Craft Collection’s Yuengling Bratwurst with Roasted Veggies recipe.
