Why You Should Go RVing

We have talked about it for a few years now. At first, I have to admit that I was slightly against the idea. My husband had brought up the idea of driving across the country in an RV. He wanted to stop at national parks, visit various landmarks and most of all he wanted to spend time with his family.

The thought of driving our own house around the country was intimidating to me. I thought that it might be limiting or that we might be looking for a place to park the RV. I also honestly thought that the accommodations wouldn't be that great. I have seen RV's in the movies. They never look overly nice. I thought that it would be so much more expensive than a hotel or other type of vacation.

I could not have been more wrong. Have you looked at some of the RVs available? Some of them sleep up to 8 and it appears that everyone can have their own space. The cost is even comparable to hotel or less in many cases.

There are simply so many things to love about RVing. There are places worldwide where RVs can park making it simple to set up for a night or more. There is something to be said for the convenience of being able to pick up and go when you want to. To bring your pet with you and to have all of your stuff in one place, accessible at all times.

RVing is a fun way to travel & explore. It is a great way to see parts of the country that you might not have otherwise seen. It is a great way to take your time. Spend more time at the places you like most. To have an adventure.

For a while now we have been researching spending the summer next year driving around the US in a RV. I cannot imagine a more educational summer while getting to spend a lot of time together as a family.
