  1. Cut an Easter egg shape out of the white cardboard or poster board. I traced the oval lid of our Crockpot to get the shape, but you can freehand it as well.
  2. Cut squares from the different colored felt. They do not have to be exactly the same size, but should be close.
  3. Beginning at the top of your cardboard egg, fold a square of felt in half and then in half again and hot glue it to the board by it's corner. You can also secure it with a drop of hot glue inside to hold the “petals” together.
  4. Continue to hot glue the felt squares to the board in a pattern you are happy with until you have it completely covered.
  5. Fluff out the folds of the felt squares on your board and display.

Whether you are searching for diy easter egg ideas or easter egg crafts for kids or easter egg craft ideas pinterest or even easter egg crafts for adults, this craft is perfect for adults and kids. We hope that you are inspired by this DIY Felt Easter Egg Kids Craft. Happy crafting and happy Easter.
