The key for me finding the right protein was to find something in chocolate that I could enjoy drinking. I didn’t want anything fruity or tasteless (still tastes like something) and I needed a higher protein count because I had a goal each day of 100 grams of protein. I could only reach that goal by supplementing my food intake each daily with some protein. Luckily I stumbled upon Premier Protein at my local Target. One drink and I was hooked on that delicious chocolate flavor.
Once I stopped dieting, I continued to work out a lot and was still in need of a lot of protein. On most days I have one drink but there were days where I would work out extra hard and drink two protein shakes. They are a great supplement and the perfect drink to keep me on track towards reaching my fitness goals. My entire family loves them just as much as I do.
