Chocolate Cherry Energy Balls
These delicious little no bake energy bites are the perfect healthy snack!
CHOCOLATE CHERRY ENERGY BALLS
1-1/4 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup cocoa krispy rice cereal
1/3 cup slivered almonds, chopped
1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Generous 1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large mixing bowl, stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
(Tip, before you measure the honey, spray your measuring cup with cooking spray and the honey will slide right out!)
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll into 1-ich balls and store in an airtight container for about a week.
