Ingredients

Pro tip: before measuring the honey, spray your measuring cup with cooking spray and the honey will slide right out. Alternatively, take your measuring and use it to hollow out a space in the oats which should be the exact size you need. Add the honey right in that space to the oats for a perfect measure.

Directions

  1. To prepare the recipe, first, gather all the necessary ingredients and place them on a clean, flat surface. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients using a spoon or a whisk, ensuring that all the components are well blended and there are no lumps left.
  2. Once the mixture is smooth and evenly mixed, cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate it for one hour.
  3. After an hour, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and begin rolling it into small balls, making each ball approximately 1 inch in diameter. You may want to use a cookie scoop or spoon to help you create uniform balls.
  4. Place the balls in an airtight container, ensuring that there is enough space between each ball to prevent them from sticking together. Seal the container and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
