Butterscotch and Pecan Cookie Recipe 

We made this Butterscotch and Pecan Cookie Recipe our own by using the Country Crock^® Make it Yours^TM base cookie recipe. To that, we added:

• 1/8 tsp nutmeg added to flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup butterscotch

The base recipe is such a great recipe. It makes the perfect cookie dough and the mix-in possibilities are endless. The cookies are thick, moist and delicious. With this one easy recipe, you are on your way to baking all of the cookies you can dream up!

  You customize by adding 1-2 cups of your favorite mix-ins (such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, marshmallows).
