Mongolian Beef and Broccoli Recipe

We are back with another fun recipe that includes a few of our favorite flavors, Mongolian beef and broccoli, and rice. The rice is a must. Asian inspired meals are always a request in our house, and the kids had been hounding us for a stir fry night. We gave in, and we went with a Mongolian Beef inspired saute with broccoli for nutrients. It was really good; all three of the kids asked for seconds, and that is a rare occurrence.
